Plan - "ROUNDABOUTS AND SWINGS"

To illustrate a poem written in 1918 by P. R. Chalmers, about an encounter between a traveller, and a showman, "with his waggons coming jolt and creak and strain". It was in an album illustrated by Irish stained glass artist Harry Clarke, a fantastic colourist. He didn't include this scene, so this will be my attempt.
